The Madrigal dinner has been moved to Saturday, Dec. 5th (evening) and Sunday, Dec. 6th (evening) due to the scheduling conflict resulting from the success of our football team and playoff appearance! Kudos to Coach Shrilla and team.

Mr. Schatt's Calendar

The Music Boosters website has the recent addition of Mr. Schatt's "Upcoming Events" calendar as a featured page. The link appears on the left side in the main navigation area. Mr. Schatt maintains the calendar which shows important dates pertaining to the Music Department. Currently, the calendar runs through the 2009-10 school year and is a great resource! Thanks Mr. Schatt!

Vote Once Each Day

"Our local rock band, "Trancemitter," has been selected as one of the top high school bands in the nation and can win a chance to attend the finals of a competition in Disney Land! The band members are IHS students Mike Abbadini, Nikki Bandsuh, Skylar Keffer, and Austin Latare. To get to Disney, they need people to vote for them everyday beginning November 1st. Visit www.school jamusa.com and Vote To send "Trancemitter", to Anaheim, California for the School Jam USA Finals!

Vote once each day from Nov. 1 -- Dec. 15! The bands with the most votes received by December 15th, go to Anaheim in January! Please help us by spending 1 minute each day online to make a difference in the lives of four IHS Band Members!

Music Booster Membership Deadline - Nov. 30

Please return a completed membership form to Terri Kula, Membership Chair by November 30, 2009 if you haven't already. This year we have added program recognition for many levels of membership and this will allow us to include members in time for publication. If you have any questions or need more information on membership please email Terri. Anyone else who has completed a volunteer sheet can return them to school as well - we need everyone's help and support to make this the best year ever!
